Every patient considering treatment at the Mission Pacific Coast Recovery
will participate in a telephone interview with a member of our intake
staff. Details on chemical use and dependence, medical and/or psychiatric
history, and any prior exposure to treatment should be provided. During
this call, our intake staff will also provide information on our family
program and how it can benefit recovery. In addition, we will help verify
insurance and discuss benefits and/or private pay options. This will help
determine the most appropriate treatment options for our patients. For
patients suffering chronic pain, we may request medical records prior
to admission to ensure a proper understanding of their needs and health history.
